Terraklinker extruded stoneware is fixed on industrial floors where high resistance to harsh conditions is required.
Why chose natural klinker? On the one hand we are talking about a stoneware with excellent mechanical characteristics, a hardness of 8 on the Mohs scale, with also a high bending strength (> 30 N / mm2) , as well as high resistance to impact, wear, abrasion (<180 mm3) and thermal shock. In addition, it is a stoneware with excellent resistance to acids and bases; Terraklinker endures all acids except hydrofluoric acid and its derivatives
Terraklinker complies with standard UNE-EN ISO 10545-6 (< 180 mm3) – Resistance to deep abrasion
Terraklinker meets the requirements of the standard UNE-ENV 12633:2003 with class 3 (Spanish Technical Building Code)
Terraklinker gets the classification R12 according to standard DIN 51130 – Very good slip resistance according to the ramp method with standardized footwear and oil interposition
Terraklinker complies with standard UNE-EN ISO 10545-13 – Resistance to acids and bases
Due to its natural non-slip properties, Terraklinker guarantees maximum safety by preventing slips and falls on both inclined and wet surfaces; reason why Terraklinker is also highly recommended for spaces around swimming pools (pool copings, terraces, showers, etc.)
Terraklinker tiles can also be supplied with a greater thickness if an industrial floor requires it. The average thickness of our standard tiles is 15 mm. When a flooring has to endure the weight of very heavy machines or the regular traffic of forklifts, a 23 mm ceramic can be supplied.
The high technical qualities of natural klinker are essential if you want to fix a hard wearing and sturdy material in the flooring of very demanding projects.
